The past comes to life when you meet the adorable Centimental Bears. Each is a nostalgic replica of a beloved antique teddy from days gone by from the collection of Peter Fagan. When the bears arrive in Peter's home, they usually have a biography of their own and these real histories form the basis for the stories that accompany each teddy figurine. These stories become an important part of the magic of Peter Fagan's Teddy Collection. Peter Fagan first launched the Teddy Collection in 1988 and in 1994, he launched them in the USA under the name Centimental Bears. Although originally sculpted by Peter, these pieces were produced under license by Enesco. A large proportion of the Teddy Collection was produced for the American market but there were some pieces that were produced that were not available in the United Kingdom.
