Made of cold cast resin and hand painted in Scotland, this Colour Box piece has been originally hand sculpted by artist Peter Fagan who is more than an artist. He is also a collector. Peter shares his collections by modelling perfect miniatures of those that are close to his heart. This piece measures approximately 2½ inches tall. Originally issued in 1991 this piece was retired in 1994 and is increasingly hard to find. This piece features a bear that is very particular about his appearance. He has three different costumes. His first choice is the Shining Turquoise but he is just as comfortable in his Pillar-Box Red or Delphinium Blue silk jackets.
