Made of cold cast resin and hand painted in Scotland, this Colour Box piece has been originally hand sculpted by artist Peter Fagan who is more than an artist. He is also a collector. Peter shares his collections by modelling perfect miniatures of those that are close to his heart. This piece is part of the Teddy Collection and measures approximately 2¼ inches tall. Originally issued in 1992 and retired in 1995, this piece features Shiner, a well meaning bear who is inclined to get over excited.
